Eligibility Criteria for Incedo off campus drive :-

• B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E./ M.Tech. graduates from all branches are eligible.
• All Graduates are eligible for this post.
• Only 2019 and 2020 batch graduates are eligible.
• The applicant should have no active backlogs or participated in any of the Incedo and/or Group Company (such as – Infosys BPM) selection process in the last 6 months.

The candidates we are looking for should :-

Sound Knowledge of Java

Have an excellent academic track record scoring 70% in 10th 12th and Graduation

Believe in continuous learning

Be excited about problem solving

Be focused on delivering outstanding results

Be an energetic individual, an exceptional collaborator and care about people around them

Experience Level:-

• Entry Level (0 to 2 years)
• Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience
• A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required

Job Descriptions:-

• Incedo looking forward to hire candidates with 0-3 years of experience for Software Engineer - Trainee .
• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
• Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
• Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
• Providing monthly help desk reports.
• Understand the clients' requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
• Determining project requirements and goals, defining the scope of the engagement and planning timelines.

Incedo conducts 2-3 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineer Trainee in their organization. The following rounds are conducted:
