Eligibility Criteria for Zoho off campus drive :-

• B.E./ B.Tech./ M.E./ M.Tech. graduates from all branches are eligible.
• MCA/ M.Sc. graduates from Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Statistics branches only are eligible.
• The applicant should have no active backlogs or participated in any of the Infosys Limited and/or Group Company (such as – Infosys BPM) selection process in the last 6 months.

Zoho looking for someone with:

1. Proficiency in English
2. Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn
3. Ability to work independently and deliver value to the customers and the company
4. Should be willing to work in night shifts
5. Must be interested in the accounting and finance side.

Experience Level:-

• Entry Level (0 to 2 years)
• Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience
• A graduate in any field of study. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory
• Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks is required

Job Descriptions:-

• Zoho looking forward to hire candidates with 0-3 years of experience for Technical Support Engineer role . We have scheduled to conduct an online test on 17th of July 2021, Saturday.

• Answering customer queries through phone, e-mail & chat about product features and capabilities.
• Helping customers with basic troubleshooting, configuration difficulties and advanced technical issues in the product by working closely with the development team.
• Prompt communication of customer requirements to the development team.
• Facilitate with product demos, implementations and training.

As a participant, you will:-

• Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds
• Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
• Raise all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLAs

Infosys selection process:-

Zoho Corporation conducts 2-3 rounds to select freshers as Technical Support Engineer in their organization. The following rounds are conducted:

• Written Round
• Online Coding Round
• HR Round

Written Round :-

• Aptitute 
• Logical Reasoning 
• Technical & Programing.
